Catering Contract
Contractor's relationship with Client will be that of an independent contractor, and nothing in this Agreement is intended to, or should be construed to, create a partnership, agency, joint venture, or employment relationship. Contractor will not be entitled under this Agreement to any of the benefits that Client may make available to its employees, including but not limited to group health insurance, life insurance, profit-sharing, retirement benefits, paid vacation, holidays or sick leave, or workers' compensation whiteboost.com note that all salary figures are approximations based upon third party submissions to SimplyHired or its catering contract.
These figures are given to the SimplyHired users for the purpose of generalized comparison only. You just need to let them know that you are available and that you mean business. A failure or delay in exercising any right, power or privilege in respect of this Agreement will not be presumed to operate as a waiver, and a single or partial exercise of any right, power or privilege will not be presumed to preclude any subsequent or further exercise, of that right, power or privilege or the exercise of any other right, power or privilege.

As part of the Services, ServiceLive may offer you additional products and/or services from time to time. Is the Contract Lawyer or Paralegal an employee of the contracting firm/lawyer/paralegal? If so, wages or salary paid to the Contract Lawyer Paralegal are subject to all applicable/statutory deductions and withholdings.

This document and any exhibit attached constitute the entire understanding and agreement of the parties, and any and all prior agreements, understandings, and representations are hereby terminated and canceled in their entirety and are of no further force and effect.
If any provision of this Agreement, or any portion thereof, is held to be invalid and unenforceable, then the remainder of this Agreement shall nevertheless remain in full force and catering contract template.
